Phil: Brock Harris Hill
Brock Harris Hill is an actor who currently lives in New York City. He went to high school in Wellington, Florida, and went to college at Southern Illinois. Most recently (late 2007), Brock has directed a play in NYC, called "This Is Our Youth," adapted from the story by Kenneth Lonergan.
About his character, Phil: the ultimate in laziness and no ambition, he strives to not work too much and freeload off his parents for as long as possible. He's best friends with Justin and Suzy.
